Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include other business entities of the Lac Du Flambeau Band of Chippewa Indians. Affiliates we share with include financial companies such as banks and other non-financial companies such as our service providers.
Non-affiliate	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Our non-affiliates can include direct marketing companies for application resell, direct mail and other purposes.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include ad network and website managers. Our service providers that prepare statements and handle customer inquiries.
